Finchley Ki Aikido Club

Sensei: Steve Margolis - 7th Dan

Unlike martial arts or self-defence methods, Ki Aikido is a graceful, non-aggressive art that engages your mind as well as your body. Ki Aikido develops calmness, positivity, coordination and self-confidence in your daily life. Classes at The Finchley Ki Aikido Club are friendly and fun for men & women of all ages and for children over 5 yrs old.

Children 5-13 yrs: Tuesdays 5.30pm-6.30pm
Adults: Tuesdays 7.00pm- 9.00pm

Please arrive 10 minutes before the class

Wear a judo suit or loose, comfortable clothing and bring zori, sandals or slippers to cover your feet when you're off the mat
